Refunds and the fine print
- WePayGuard service fees are generally non-refundable when an item refund is issued.
- Service fees are refunded for confirmed technical errors, duplicate charges, a charge that did not result in funded escrow, or other approved platform-fault situations.
- The item amount is refunded in full when a missed deadline resolves in the buyer's favour. A dispute that ends in an accepted settlement may return only part of the item amount.
Fees are quoted in USD for the United States.
